Original Dutch delivered Porsche 930 Turbo 3.3 liter with 5-Speed gearbox (G50) Delivered new by Porsche Centrum Eindhoven Special Paint to sample color: Satin black metallic with all-leather black interior 1 of 797 units built This Porsche 930 is in absolute new condition… perfected in detail by the previous owner The Porsche 911 Turbo is admired by many for being the one and only supercar suitable for everyday use. Building on the 911 mantra, the Turbo seamlessly blends functionality with performance and takes it to a new level by adding explosive power, eye-catching design features and advanced technology to the mix. It’s the ultimate all-rounder 911 with style and elegance in droves. It is a model of mythical proportions and was the fastest production car on the market at the time. Like the 911 itself, the Porsche Turbo has experienced consistent evolution over its 43-year production run, rather than total revolution. This is especially true of the Turbo’s early years, when it was more commonly referred to by its internal model designation of ”930” from 1975 to 1989. In those 14 years, the 930 evolved from a fast performance weapon to a somewhat more advanced supercar. Over the years she got faster, of course, but the Turbo also became more efficient and easier to drive. From its humbler beginnings as a 3.0-litre four-speed ”whale tale” rated at 260bhp in the 1970s, the 930 had morphed into an intercooled 3.3-litre with a power of 300 hp. In its last year of production, 1989, the 930 received a 5-speed gearbox. That is why the 930s produced in 1989 are the most sought after. The five-speed gearbox makes better use of the explosive power of the Turbo.
